Before commissioning, please make sure to read my TOS to avoid misunderstandings and so you won’t worry as much about your commission, because it includes points about my queue, rest breaks, deadlines, and other useful information.Also, keep an eye on the queue and don’t rush me before the time is up if you haven’t paid extra for expedited deadline.At the moment I don’t have examples for the commission format everywhere. Some works are still in progress and will be added here soon, or some sections will be empty with only the price — because I want to include only the freshest works as examples.

ADD CHARACTER
Adding an additional character costs 60–90% of the base price (if you’re commissioning a full illustration, the extra-character percentage is calculated from the Shaded format price).
Also, this does NOT apply to silhouettes of random characters ONLY in the full illustration format. The percentage depends on the complexity of the angle, coloring, and rendering.

However, I want to say that some things I might be drawing for the first time, but I’m always happy for new experience and for your trust. In that case, I use references of a specific species so I can draw it more anatomically correctly!
WHAT I DON'T DRAW
extra fee for priority queue
This is an additional fee to skip the entire queue and be placed on the VIP list. That means your commission will be guaranteed to be done before everyone in the regular queue (BUT that’s only if there isn’t a long VIP list; still, it will be completed faster than usual commissions.40% of the commissioned work’s price is the fee for the VIP list.

The TOS may be updated or changed over time. (However, this does not apply to commissions that were booked before the changes)
You can message me on any of my social networks, but I always discuss commissions and send finished works only here: Telegram, email, discord.I send you, to the contacts listed above, a file with the finished work, which includes a PNG format. (If you order the Flat format — I also send a version with a transparent background)WIPs are sent throughout the commission stages: sketch — lineart — finished work (for the Shaded format and full illustration I also send WIPs with the detailing process)You can and should ask for small corrects during the process if needed. Because after the final version is approved and the file is delivered, I don’t work on it anymore.For big adjustments, like changing the angle, light/shadow placement, and other time-consuming processes — I request an extra payment depending on how heavy the edits are.Don’t spam me when you want to reach me. I see your message, and I’ll just reply when I have the opportunity, time, and energy.
From the day you first write to me — up to a week. It all depends on how loaded I am with work and personal matters, but I always try to reply within the first two to three days. It’s rare when a reply takes long, and in most cases it’s because I didn’t notice the message, or I was simply busy with life problems.If I don’t reply within 4+ days, you can remind me.So the reply doesn’t drag longer than a week, please message me only in the specified contacts for discussion. Again, you can write in other social networks too, but most often I see messages there later, even though I still try to do my best and try not to forget to check DMs there!
Deadline terms start only from the moment I receive the payment for the commission, not from the moment you booked a slot.The deadline is from 2 weeks to a month, but this includes time for my illnesses, life problems, and personal matters in emergency cases.If something really serious happens, I will always let you know in DMsHOWEVER that doesn’t mean the work will be dragged out a lot. I complete a commission in 2–4 days or max a week. The rest of the time is a buffer, just in case something happens to me.You have the right to send reminders if the work is not completed within 2 weeks. Most often I’ll just react or give a short answer that I remember you.In case of an overdue deadline without a valid reason, you have the right to request back 1/3 of the paid amount.You do not have the right to request a full refund for an overdue deadline if the work has ALREADY been started. Only 1/3. However, if the work has not been started, then I refund the full amount, if you want a refund.The main thing — understand that we’re all people, and we need to treat each other with understanding. And this applies to both sides :)
I accept payment via: Paypal, Mastercard.Payment is made only when I say so.Payment is made BEFORE the commission starts. 100%.You can delay payment for some time if you have valid reasons and problems — it has never been an issue! Just let me know about it.If your payment delay drags on for a month or more, and you were near the top of the queue — I move your slot down by some amount so I don’t lose time and can do others in the queue. But in that case you’ll have to wait for your turn again.If payment is delayed, I don’t start the work and I simply wait until you can do it.You can use installments for paying for a commission, or pay in parts if, again, something happened on your side. I will wait for the full paid amount, and I will start only after full payment.If you pay in parts, your first payment does not activate the deadline terms. They apply only after full payment.Obviously, tips are completely your choice and desire! I never liked forcing or asking, so only you have the right to give them or not. And if yes, I’ll be happy with absolutely any amount.If it happens that you send a large amount of tips, I always respond to it and draw you a return gift artwork as a thank you.
As said above, you can request updates and send reminders after the 2 weeks of silence. You can do it earlier too, but most often I don’t reply to them and just let you know I’m here with a reaction.I’m fine with reminders as long as they are not presented with a pressuring tonePlease don’t rush me unless my deadline is coming to an end.
I post all works on all my social networks.I accept anonymous works, but please let me know about it before posting. I can forget to ask about it, and in that case, if I wasn’t warned — I don’t take responsibility.I can also delay posting the work if it was a gift for a certain person, or for some project.Anonymous works (outside of project works) — I have the right to post in my personal, private Telegram channel with an audience of ~300 people.If you choose anonymous work, then please let me know for how long it cannot be published, and whether the work will be published at all.If the work has to remain anonymous for more than 4-5 months and beyond, I may ask for an additional fee. With this extra fee, the work can remain unpublished forever (except for my small private Telegram channel). The surcharge may be around 30–50 percent of the total price of the work.
If it’s your character, you can do anything you want with the finished work file, EXCEPT, of course, copyright things like claiming the authorship as yours. Everything else is allowed.You can’t mint it as an NFT, or feed it to AIThere are no rules for my adopts and auctions — you can also regift and resell, except for authorship rights.However, if it’s fanart of certain existing characters — you are also limited in commercial use, like making merch from the work without my knowledge. I’m loyal about it and for me it’s an honor, but many people just don’t ask or consult me about it.
I do NOT take responsibility for gore and fetishes (without exposed intimate parts, and depending on which fetishes). That’s only on your shoulders and your decision.I can draw heavy gore, and if it triggers you or makes you uncomfortable — I also do not take responsibility if you requested that context yourself.I do not work with zoophilia, pedophilia, necrophilia as a source of fetishes. I understand that certain characters can have such traits — antagonists, and I don’t judge it only in that case if it’s needed to depict a story scene. However, I do not depict it explicitly and with sexualized subtext, keep that in mind. Also, I may ask what the story is, and I may refuse such work (depending on your idea.)I do not draw NSFW without any age verification. You can provide me any documents where it’s confirmed, so I can be sure. After confirmation, you can immediately delete those documents for your own comfort.I do not draw gore aimed at aggression and hatred toward specific real people.
I don’t have much to say here in detail, but the main thing — be human, and let’s be polite and understanding with each other. Don’t be rude, pressuring, angry, or take it out on each other. If we can’t come to a mutual understanding, and the work hasn’t started yet — I have the right to cancel your commission and remove you from the queue.
The queue and the deadline are DIFFERENT THINGS.I have a public queue, and you can freely track your position.Don’t complain to me that your work might be too far away: I arrange slots in the way that’s more convenient for me, and I also set them based on ease / a convenient schedule, or by the order of who messaged me for a commission and when.Art trades by default go at the end of the commission list. But I can draw them earlier if I want to take a break from commissions.You cannot move your position in the queue.You can ask not to be added to the queue if the commission is a gift for someone, or a project work.There are two types of queue: VIP and regular. VIP is an extra payment for an expedited deadline and being moved to the very top of the queue. See in the price section.You can leave the queue and cancel your commission if it seems not suitable for you. Let me know about it.
If the deadline was overdue. (1/3 part)If the work was not started, and the deadline is overdue. (Full refund)If you were in the execution queue, but I still haven’t started your work.But I do not do refunds when all work stages were approved and you received the full file with confirmation. Meaning you can’t come later and just ask for a refund.If you want a refund of a large amount, it may take me some time, and I can return it in parts if the money has already been withdrawn.
If you behaved very inappropriately, highly conflictive.If you insist on a prohibited format from the fetishes section.If I was deceived in the age verification section.
